Communicate respectfully
Be honest, kind and prompt. Keep conversations within secure member messaging so everything is in one place.
Keep home information accurate
Describe your home honestly, with current photos and a fair account of its space, location and condition.
Set clear house rules
Share any rules about pets, smoking, children or shared spaces before a stay is agreed.
Be a considerate guest
Treat every home as you would your own, follow the house rules and leave it as you found it.
Respect privacy and cameras
Disclose any recording devices, and never share another member’s private details or photos.
Report concerns
If something is not right, report it. Raising concerns early helps us keep the community safe.
