These terms apply to anyone who creates a Swap Holiday Homes account or uses the platform to browse, list or exchange homes.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information about yourself and any home you list, and keep it up to date.

3. Home listings and exchanges

Swap Holiday Homes provides the platform that connects members; it is not a party to the exchange agreement made between members.

Members are responsible for agreeing exchange terms, house rules and any declared contributions directly with each other.

Home listings are reviewed before publication, but Swap Holiday Homes does not guarantee the accuracy of member-submitted content.

4. Verification

Identity and home verification help build trust across the community but do not constitute a guarantee of a member’s conduct or a property’s condition.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
