Standard SHH Membership costs £119 per year and provides access to our verified home exchange community, secure messaging, exchange requests and SHH Keys. Eligible Founding Members receive their first 12 months complimentary, followed by a protected renewal rate of £69 per year while membership remains continuously active. SHH Concierge Membership is also available for £299 per year, offering additional personalised support with arranging exchanges.

How much does membership cost?
Standard SHH Membership costs £119 per year and gives you access to our home exchange community, secure messaging, exchange requests and SHH Keys. Eligible Founding Members receive their first 12 months complimentary, followed by a protected renewal rate of £69 per year while their membership remains continuously active. SHH Concierge Membership is available for £299 per year and offers additional personalised assistance with arranging exchanges.
What is included in membership?
You can register, create your profile, list your home, browse available properties and save favourites before activating your membership. Once your membership is active and the required verification checks are complete, you can contact other members, send and receive exchange requests, arrange stays through secure messaging and earn or use SHH Keys. Members can list more than one eligible home, subject to SHH verification and approval.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your SHH Membership through your account or by contacting our support team. Cancelling your renewal means your membership will not automatically renew at the end of your current membership period. Your access to member-only exchange features will end when your active membership expires. Any applicable refund rights, confirmed exchanges and unused SHH Keys will be handled in accordance with our Membership Terms.
Do I need to list a home to become a member?
You can register with SHH and explore the community before listing your home. However, to become an active exchanging member, you must list at least one eligible home, complete the required verification checks and have your property approved by SHH. This helps maintain a balanced community where members contribute homes as well as enjoy opportunities to travel.
