Accessibility
Built to be used by everyone
We want every member to be able to browse homes, learn how swapping works and get in touch, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Accessibility is part of how we build
Accessibility is not an afterthought. We design and test the site so that people with different needs can use it comfortably, and we keep improving as the platform grows.
Designed for everyone
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across the core journeys, so the site works for a wide range of needs.
Keyboard and screen readers
Pages use semantic structure, visible focus and meaningful labels so they work with assistive technology.
Readable and clear
We use clear language, strong colour contrast and text that scales when you zoom in.
We are here to help
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or need information in a different format, please let us know. We will do our best to help and to put things right.
Known limitations
This site is being actively developed, so some areas are still being refined. Full accessibility validation requires manual testing with assistive technologies and expert review, which is ongoing. We welcome feedback that helps us find and fix issues.
